Ramen Muku
Opened fourteen years ago on the Sachsenhausen side of the Main River, the kitchen here has had the special honor since 2016 of providing the culinary refinement for Japan Airlines' First Class Lounge at the airport and also for the menus on the plane. In the restaurant, this has then led to the addition of several pages of Japanese delicacies to the menu, which the restaurant recommends ordering as "tapas" in advance, to the range of five wonderful ramen preparations. The highlight, however, is and remains the ramen, which is served here without much fuss but is all the more aromatic for it; spooned umami, so to speak.
