Kleinmarkthalle

The Kleinmarkthalle is located in the city center and is a mecca for epicureans. Since 1954, more than 60 traders have been offering their products there from Monday to Saturday at 156 market stalls; some have been there for decades. Visitors can expect to find a spectrum of nearly 5,000 products, ranging from fruit, vegetables, antipasti and spices to baked goods and meat products, fresh pasta, flowers and regional specialties. On the second floor, visitors can also feast in one of the small restaurants. The balustrade offers a great view over the hustle and bustle on the first floor. Especially on Saturdays, the hall is a popular meeting place and visitor magnet. Guided tours through the hall give an exciting insight behind the scenes.
