Die Käs
The Kabarett-Änderschneiderei - KÄS for short - is located in the popular Nordend district. It was founded in 1997 as a cabaret stage by Sinasi Dikmen and his wife Ayse Aktay, Germany's first German-Turkish cabaret. Since then, they offer cabaret, comedy but also poetry slam and music for a wide audience. The location, including a bar in the foyer, is a former factory building. It also houses the Willy Praml Theater, a second cultural institution.
