Baking bread is an art. This makes the location of the bakery-bistro concept at the Museum of Modern Art, which opened in 2019, all the more fitting. The special thing about mehlwassersalz with its large, modern dining room and extensive terrace is that all baked goods are made using sourdough - croissants, queens, pain au chocolat, cinnamon buns, focaccia, brioche, Danish pastries and, of course, the centerpiece, airy, moist sourdough bread. These are also available as sumptuous sandwiches on the changing, purely vegetarian lunch menu. Card payment only.
