For over 80 years, the traditional Hanss bakery has not only been supplying the Brückenviertel with artisan breads and rolls, croissants and pastries, cakes and tarts. Here you can also meet regular customers who come from other parts of the city for classic Wasserweck or modern burger buns made from fluffy brioche dough, seasonal items such as berry cake in summer or stollen in winter.
