"Pâtisserie is similar to alchemy: it is the art of combining materials into something new and transforming them into something wonderful." That's what it says on Anna Reckmann's website. And the comparison is no coincidence. After a career as a chemist, Reckmann devoted herself to her passion and learned the fine art of French patisserie in Paris. In her café store in Frankfurt's Westend district, she sells award-winning macarons, beautiful tarts and chocolates from her own production. In addition to her range, Reckmann also offers various macaron, praline and patisserie courses for tartlets and tartelettes. She also offers individual dessert catering, cakes made to order and personalized macarons or pralines, for example with your own company logo.
