Maison Köller – L'Art Sucré

The store on Fressgass, which is rather inconspicuous from the outside, has an unbeatable range of sophisticated dessert and cake specialties. What Sandra and Florian Köller offer here in the best tradition of French haute patisserie is anything but mass-produced. Artfully decorated miniature tartes au citron are lined up next to tiny mango tarts refined with raspberries, which in turn compete with light and airy macarons in every imaginable pastel shade. The aromatic range is rounded off with pralines, artisan chocolate and nougat variations.
