In their sourdough bakery, which opened in summer 2022, Eike Becher and Marius Hörle focus on the essentials: good bread without the frills. The two career changers have specialized in a small but fine selection of sourdough-based baked goods. In addition to rich, sweet brioche, cinnamon knots and hearty, airy focaccia, the daily menu includes a variety of breads from the seven-strong range, including a hearty rye bread with an impressive crust and large-pored wheat bread à la "Tartine Bread". A real place to be for bread nerds.
