For decades, the traditional bakery has been supplying Frankfurt's Nordend district with the finest bread, rolls, pastries, cakes and, depending on the season, chocolates and cookies. Connoisseurs swear by what is perhaps the best baguette in Frankfurt and what is definitely the juiciest Sicilian lemon cake of all time. Since the former family-run bakery and patisserie was taken over by two long-standing employees in 2021, the range has been enriched by a number of new additions such as succulent spelt and green spelt rolls. The most exciting new addition will win over even childish crust despisers: a spelt and rye loaf with a crispy crust and juicy crumb. A must.
