E-Kinos
With its location directly at the Hauptwache, the E-Kinos could hardly be more centrally located. But it's not just the location that makes the family-run cinema a special one in Frankfurt. The E-cinemas owe their name to the eight individual auditoriums, each of which begins with an "E". They are equipped with state-of-the-art technology such as 3D, and the two largest halls also have analog projectors, which means that 35-mm films can still be shown. The film program ranges from mainstream to arthouse, with a special focus on selections for children and families as well as for schools and kindergartens.
