If you want to enjoy authentic Frankfurt specialties, Lorsbacher Thal is the place to go. In the middle of Alt-Sachsenhausen, Frankfurt's most traditional neighborhood, classics such as Grüne Soße, Handkäs' and, of course, apple wine are served. The latter comes from the in-house wine press and is tapped fresh from the barrel. In addition, there are numerous creations from other wine presses on the menu, including apple secco and cider. The food is of high quality, and the products are sourced from the region and local producers.
