Biometzgerei Spahn
When it was founded by Michael Spahn and his wife Claudia in 1992, the store of today's organic butcher's shop was already located on Berger Straße. Today, the range includes more than 160 types of organic sausage and ham. Unusual, but very popular: in addition to the carnivorous range, the butcher's shop has specialized in the production of purely plant-based meat alternatives: Over 120 vegan specialties made in-house are offered in the store and via an online store. The Spahn family also runs a party service.
