Rheingau Wine Shop Tour - Exciting guided tours of wineries including a cosy finale with Swiss cheese fondue

Experience a wine journey in the Rheingau, where the Rhine changes its course to the west and many vineyards face south. Perfect conditions for velvety Pinot Noir and fresh white wines. Taste the fine wines directly from the producers and enjoy a cozy fondue evening at Kaufmann, including wines, cheese fondue and a variety of winery tours with tastings. On your wine tour, our culture and wine ambassador Claudia Heymann will accompany you from Frankfurt through the small but beautiful wine-growing region. In keeping with the cold season, red wines in particular will be served to you for tasting on this day. In the evening, treat yourself to a traditional Swiss cheese fondue. The first stop on the tour is Hattenheim with the Georg-Müller-Stiftung winery. As well as enjoying the terroir-based wines, you can also experience a unique synthesis of wine and art. The winery has an art cellar with changing exhibitions. Let yourself be surprised. The journey continues to Geisenheim to the WOII winery. The winery, formerly known as Weingut Daniel, was bought by Manuel and his wife. The couple are currently better known for their café/bar "Plattenstübchen", but wine is their passion. Find out more about the young entrepreneur and his dreams. The last stop is a very special one. You will travel to the Kaufmann winery in Hattenheim and enjoy an original Swiss cheese fondue. Start with an aperitif in the wine bar and then indulge in the estate's excellent wine. During a convivial evening, the hosts will introduce you to their organic style of winemaking and you can sample a glass or two of wine. (Aperitif, wines and water are included in the price)
