Queenz of Piano - "Winter Nights"

The Queenz of Piano take their audience on a journey through the winter wonderland between tradition and modernity, between pop and classical music, between contemplation and cheerfulness. The two pianists perform Christmas carols and winter songs from all over the world. Tchaikovsky's Sugar Plum Fairy catches dancing flakes in the bright, glittering morning sun. Christmas hits such as "Hallelujah" and "Last Christmas" sound like a melancholy dream on a starry winter's night. Classics such as "Drummer Boy" and "Silent Night" warm the hearts of the audience like a crackling fireplace. Their own compositions "December Song" and "Reminiscence" give the evening a very personal touch. The two piano virtuosos on their (angelic) wings charmingly sweeten the cold season.
